WISCONSIN DOULA
Birth Doula Packages *available for hospital, birth center and home birth
You are welcome to customize your chosen birth doula package with extra prenatal and/or postpartum visits as needed.
Baseline Doula Package
“Just the Doula, Please"
COST: $2,250
This Madison birth doula package is for those who want to focus on birth preparation, and desire focused doula support during their labor and birth. It includes:
- Two in-home prenatal visits + additional zoom visit if needed
- Evidence Based Birth Workbook(opens in new tab) (included in package) with options for additional birth education prenatal visits beyond the included two in home visits (additional $150 per visit) as desired:
- Text, email, and phone support during pregnancy and postpartum
- 24/7 on call availability from 38 weeks until birth - can be adjusted for high risk pregnancies, history of earlier births, or birth of multiples
- In person support during labor, birth, and the first one to two hours post birth
- Use of a Labor TENS(opens in new tab) unit if desired
- Access to my Birth Sling(opens in new tab) during labor and birth
- Photos taken with your phone/my phone or your DSLR camera if desired
- birth log (story) via Google Drive
- One in home postpartum visit
Birth Doula + Photos Package
“A Lot of Doula, A Lot of Photos”
COST: $2,900
This Madison birth doula and birth photography package is for those who want their birth documented with professional quality photos, and desire the added presence of a doula at their birth. It includes:
- Two in-home prenatal visits + additional zoom visit if needed
- Evidence Based Birth Workbook(opens in new tab) with options for additional birth education prenatal visits beyond the included two in home visits (additional $150 per visit) as desired:
- Text, email, and phone support during pregnancy and postpartum
- 24/7 on-call availability from 38 weeks until birth - can be adjusted for high risk pregnancies, history of earlier births or birth of multiples
- In person support during labor, birth, and the first one to two hours post birth

PAYMENT METHODS
I accept all major credit cards, e-checks, and cash. You can also use your HSA/FSA plan for doula services.
INSURANCE
I am currently in network for United Healthcare and a pre-approved provider for Carrot Fertility. I have been approved in the past for some Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans, and am also in the process of credentialing with TriWest (Tricare).
I am also a Community Care Partner with Public Health Madison Dane County under Nurse Family Partnership and Prenatal Care Coordination.
PAYMENT PLANS
Because income can be a barrier to accessing care, I do offer sliding scale payment plans to a certain number of clients per year. Please inquire for more information.

Birth Photography
I join you in active labor to photograph your birth. Includes one prenatal consultation, all digital image files and print release.
COST: $2,000
Photography Sessions
Newborn Photo Sessions include lifestyle and baby-led posed images in your home. Includes all fully edited digital images files and print release.
A Maternity Photo Session includes posed images in your home, or outdoors (weather permitting). Includes all fully edited digital images files and print release.
COST: Maternity Sessions $550.
Newborn Sessions $1200.
Lifestyle Newborn Session $850
Birth Story Processing
Many people feel confused or disappointed by their birth experience, or they just need help sorting out the details. Talking about your birth with a doula who is a skilled listener can help. Using a trauma-informed approach, I provide compassionate peer-to-peer support, where we identify the parts of your story that are causing you distress.
Whether you just need to be heard and validated or have specific questions and need help understanding certain events, a birth processing session can take you from confusion to clarity. Birth processing is available to anyone (birthing persons, partners, doulas, etc.).
COST: One 90-minute session $175, additional sessions for $125.
